People rarely come to therapy already knowing exactly what they need from it. They come because something in life has become difficult to carry. Sometimes it is anxiety, trauma or grief. Sometimes it is a relationship that keeps returning to the same conflict. Sometimes it is a life transition, chronic illness, burnout, questions of identity, neurodivergence, or simply the feeling that life no longer fits in the way it once did. The reasons differ. The orientation remains the same. Because what is understood deeply can begin to be lived differently. Whether we are working individually, with a couple, or in clinical supervision, the question remains the same: How is this experience being organised, and how does it continue to shape the present? What repeats is rarely accidental. Together, we begin by paying careful attention to your experience so that we can understand what is happening before deciding what needs to change.

Individual Psychotherapy

Individual therapy offers a space to explore your relationship with yourself, with others and with the life you are living.
People seek therapy for many different reasons, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, chronic illness, neurodivergence, work-related stress, identity, life transitions or simply because they feel disconnected from themselves. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we remain curious about how those experiences have come to take shape. We explore thoughts, emotions, bodily experience, relationships, personal history and the patterns that organise everyday life. Our work gradually shifts from asking “What is wrong?” to “How is this happening?”
Attention moves beyond the content of experience towards the process itself—how thoughts, emotions, bodily responses and relationships unfold in the present moment. We begin to notice what is anticipated before it happens, what remains unspoken, what the body remembers, and what repeats outside deliberate awareness. These moments are not treated as mistakes to be corrected. They are observed, stayed with and understood as they unfold. The work is collaborative. There is no expectation that you should already understand what is happening. We begin where you are and allow understanding to develop gradually. Over time, what once felt automatic often becomes visible. In that visibility, there is room for different choices, different relationships and, gradually, a different way of living. Understanding, here, is not agreement. It is contact.
The fee for an individual psychotherapy session is ₹3,500 INR.

Relational Work, not limited to Couples Therapy

Relationships often become difficult not because two people stop caring, but because they become caught in patterns neither of them intended. One person withdraws while the other pursues. One becomes silent while the other seeks reassurance. Each response makes sense on its own, yet together they create a cycle that leaves both people feeling misunderstood.
Relationship therapy is not about deciding who is right or wrong. It is about making these patterns visible, understanding what each person is protecting, and creating the possibility of responding to one another differently. The goal is not simply better communication, but a deeper understanding of the relationship itself. What feels like a reaction is often a position that has been held for a very long time.
As understanding grows, relationships often become less governed by old patterns and more responsive to the present moment.
The fee for relational therapy work per session is ₹5,000 INR.

Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is a reflective space for psychologists, therapists and mental health professionals.
Alongside discussing clinical material, we think together about therapeutic process, clinical judgement, ethical dilemmas, uncertainty and the therapist’s own responses within the work. Particular attention is given to developing clinical formulation, ethical decision-making, therapeutic presence and the capacity to think rather than react. Where the work becomes difficult is often where it becomes most precise. Supervision aims not simply to improve technique, but to cultivate thoughtful clinical judgement. Rather than searching for immediate solutions, supervision invites careful observation, thoughtful reflection and the development of clinical confidence.
The fee for an individual supervision session is ₹2,500 INR.

Consultation, Training & Capacity Building

Alongside clinical practice, I work with organisations, educational institutions, healthcare settings and mental health teams to develop thoughtful, trauma-informed systems of care.
This work may include consultation on service design, programme development, clinical frameworks, trauma-informed practice, neurodiversity-affirming approaches, staff wellbeing and psychological safety. I also facilitate workshops, reflective learning spaces and professional development programmes for mental health professionals, educators, healthcare providers and organisations seeking to deepen their understanding of psychological wellbeing and relational practice. Every consultation is developed collaboratively and tailored to the needs of the organisation rather than delivered as a standardised package.
If you are exploring how psychology can be meaningfully integrated into your organisation, I would be happy to discuss your context and goals. The fee will be based upon the scope of engagement.

The form of the work may differ from person to person. The orientation does not. Whether we are exploring trauma, relationships, neurodivergence, grief, chronic illness or the ordinary complexities of being human, the work begins in the same place—with careful attention because what is understood deeply can begin to be lived differently.
The practice is grounded in ethical standards of psychotherapy. You will not find testimonials or client endorsements here. Confidentiality, professional boundaries and respect for the therapeutic relationship remain central to the work.

Is this the right place for you?
Psychotherapy is not simply about finding a therapist.
It is about finding a way of working that makes sense to you.
If you are looking for quick answers, advice or ready-made solutions, this may not be the right fit.
If you are willing to approach your experience with curiosity, patience and careful attention, we may be able to do meaningful work together.
